Once an order has been placed your item will automatically be ordered and shipped as soon as possible. Therefore we are only able to cancel orders within 12 hours of your order being placed. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders that are requested after this time period. If you would like your money refunded you must send the product back to us once you receive it. 

Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send out multiple emails, including an order confirmation and a shipping notice.

Poly Gel nails are the easiest and simplest way to achieve long, beautiful Gel nails at home. Taking only 20 minutes to apply a full set, the kit has been designed for self application at home. Gel Bae Poly Gel Nails are the same strength as Gel nails that you would have applied at a salon. Strong, yet flexible Gel Bae nails will give you 3 - 4 weeks wear before having to be replaced due to your own nail growth.

Whilst Gel Nails and Acrylic Nails look pretty similar once attached the main benefit of Gel over Acrylic is that Gel nails are more physically flexible which means that they do not break as easily as acrylic nails. In fact they gently bend which means no more broken nails.
